Split a PDF the way you need

Splitting takes one PDF and gives you smaller ones. Extract a single page you need to submit, separate a scanned bundle into individual documents, break a 200-page report into parts that fit an email, or keep only the odd or even pages from a double-sided scan. Pages are copied exactly, so text and quality don't change.

Five ways to split a PDF

RangeType pages like 1-3,5,8-10. Tick Combine to get them in one PDF, or leave it off for one file per page.
Each pageEvery page becomes its own PDF, named file_p1.pdf, file_p2.pdf and so on.
Every N pagesCut a long PDF into equal parts. N = 10 turns 45 pages into five files.
Odd pagesPages 1, 3, 5 and so on. Handy for one side of a duplex scan.
Even pagesPages 2, 4, 6 and so on.

How to extract pages from a PDF

  1. Add the PDF. The page count appears on its card.
  2. Choose Range and type the pages you want, for example 2-4 or 7.
  3. Tick Combine into one file if you want the pages together.
  4. Press Split PDF and download the result, or use Download All for a ZIP.

Delete pages from a PDF

To remove pages, select the ones you want to keep. For a 10-page PDF where page 4 must go, type 1-3,5-10 with Combine ticked. For dragging, rotating and deleting pages visually, Organize PDF shows thumbnails of every page.
