Rearrange, rotate and delete PDF pages

Organize PDF shows every page as a thumbnail so you can fix a document by sight. Drag pages into the right order, turn sideways scans upright, remove blank or extra pages, and add pages from another PDF or a photo. When it looks right, save it as a new PDF.

It's the tool for the common mess: a scan that came out in the wrong order, a page that's upside down, or a form packet with a cover sheet you don't need to send.

How to reorder pages in a PDF

  1. Open your PDF. Each page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages to change the order. On a phone, press and hold a page, then move it.
  3. Rotate or delete with the buttons on each page. Select several pages to act on them together.
  4. Add more if needed: another PDF, an image, or a blank page.
  5. Save the PDF. You can also export only the selected pages.

Common page fixes

Rotate a PDF pageUse the rotate button on that page. The turn adds to any rotation the page already had.
Delete pages from a PDFSelect the blank or extra pages and delete them, then save.
Put a scan in the right orderDrag pages until the numbers read correctly.
Add a photo as a pageUse Add image. It is placed on an A4 page.
